Metajna has a long history. In this sheltered oasis you can visit the church from the 15th century and Benedictine monastery from the 14th century, which being abandoned served to the local population for various other needs. The town offers a natural source of water, beautiful vegetation, pleasant paths, clean air, beautiful beaches and attractive accommodation by the sea.
