Seget is a village not far from Trogir. The upper part is on the mainland and the lower part is on the seacoast. The Trogir nobleman Jakov Rotondo received permission to build a fortress, around which a village dating from the mid XVI century became established.
Seget field abounds in small churches and archeological remains from ancient times. Thanks to the location and the mild climate, the population today is primarily engaged in agriculture, fishing, shipbuilding and, of course tourism.
